- Engaged with Seed Co’s senior team and country operations in each market to understand local user behaviour, catalogue variations, payment/shipping setups and brand expectations.
- Mapped out the websites and country specific online shops, defining communication goals, target audiences and user journeys.

- Developed a clean, modern visual style reflecting Seed Co’s professionalism, agricultural innovation and commitment to Africa’s farming economy.
- On the corporate site: emphasized brand story, R&D, regional footprint and sustainability commitments.
- On the online shops: optimized user journeys for browsing seed varieties, checking suitability by region/ecology, selecting quantities, placing orders and handling delivery/payment options, all tailored per country’s context.
- Ensured consistent brand identity across the corporate and shop sites, with localization (language, currency, shipping/payment methods) for each country.
 
                                                    
                                
                                Content Development
- Developed structured content to convey Seed Co’s credentials 85 years of experience, seed breeding expertise, African grown for African conditions.
- Created product centric pages for the seed variety catalogue (maize, wheat, soya, sugar bean, groundnuts, sorghum, cowpeas, rice) highlighting benefits, regional suitability, agronomic support. 
- For each country shop: produced localized landing pages, support materials (grower guides, agronomy tips), FAQ sections and bespoke customer support content.
 
 
                                                    
                                
                                Technical Implementation
- Built the corporate and online shop platforms on a responsive, secure CMS and e‑commerce framework optimized for mobile (important in African markets), fast load times and SEO.
- Developed country specific e‑commerce capabilities: product catalogue management, local currency/pricing, payment gateway integration (per country), shipping/delivery workflows, user accounts, order tracking.
- Incorporated analytics to track user behaviour across markets, product interest and regional performance.

- We are providing ongoing maintenance and support for all digital channels: content updates (new seed varieties, promotions, agronomy content), technical patches (security, performance) and incremental feature enhancements.
