Gramia is a modern learning management system (LMS) designed for institutions, training providers, and educators who want to deliver interactive, scalable, and mobile friendly learning experiences. Accessible via web, Android and iOS, Gramia enables course delivery, assessments, progress tracking, and learner engagement across devices. The client sought a robust, cross platform solution that presents a polished learning environment to students, instructors, and administrators alike. The project engaged Quatrohaus (or your team) to design and develop Gramia’s web application and mobile apps, ensuring a seamless and coherent user experience across platforms.

Our Approach

To deliver a compelling, future ready LMS, the project followed a systematic and user centered approach:

Discovery & Planning

  • Mapped out the architecture: a unified back end supporting web and mobile clients, modular features and API endpoints for mobile apps.
  • Defined user personas and platform user journeys (including, among others: signup, enrollment, content consumption, communications, reporting).

Design & User Experience

  • Created a clean, modern interface emphasizing readability and ease of navigation across web, tablet, and mobile screen sizes. Ensured consistency in design language across platforms buttons, icons, typography, color schemes so learners and instructors feel continuity when switching devices.

    • For students: “My Courses,” progress indicators, upcoming tasks, fees paymentsnotifications.
    • For instructors: course creation tools, student tracking, reporting tools.
